When you submit our estimate request or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, project address, project details, timeline, budget, and message. We also store your language preference (English or Spanish) in your browser so the site remembers your choice. We do not collect payment or credit card information on this website.
02 · <em>How we use it</em>
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare your free estimate.
- To schedule site visits and communicate about your Project.
- To send you a confirmation of your submission, when you request it.
03 · <em>We never sell your data</em>
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, such as our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase), and our email delivery service — each bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
04 · <em>Storage & security</em>
Your submissions are stored securely in our Supabase database, transmitted over encrypted connections, and accessible only to the owner of Nautica Construction. Sensitive email settings are encrypted before storage. No data is stored in insecure formats.
05 · <em>Retention</em>
We keep lead information while it is relevant to your Project and as long as required for record-keeping and legal compliance (for example, California record retention rules). You may request deletion of your information at any time.
06 · <em>Your rights</em>
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us at the address below. California residents may also request information about the categories of personal data we have collected about them, as provided by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
07 · <em>Cookies & analytics</em>
This website does not use third-party advertising cookies or analytics trackers. The only browser storage used is the local storage entry that remembers your language preference, which never leaves your device.
08 · <em>Children</em>
Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
